"If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted,
then shall your light rise in the darkness."
— Isaiah 58:10
St. John's food pantry has served families in need throughout the 18360 zip code for years. We believe no one in our community should go hungry, and every neighbor who walks through our side door is received with dignity and without judgment.
The pantry is open on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month, 2:00–5:00 PM. Walk-ins are always welcome — no appointment needed. If you'd like to call ahead, reach us at 570-421-8520.
"Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord,
and he will repay him for his deed." — Proverbs 19:17
The pantry runs entirely on donations from church members and the wider Stroudsburg community. The needs list changes throughout the year as supplies fluctuate — please check back often and give what you can.
Non-perishable food items can be dropped off at the church office any time during business hours. Every single donation makes a direct difference to a family in our neighborhood.
